3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees. Orinixa reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within our specified service area. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary. Orinixa is not liable for delays caused by weather or courier issues.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel standard pastry orders up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Custom cake orders require at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in images and descriptions. However, actual products may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and seasonal changes.

7. Intellectual Property
